Every image, animation and video on Kissmark (https://kissmark.app) is created by artificial intelligence. No actual human performers were photographed, filmed or otherwise used to create any of it, and no real person is depicted. All characters are fictional adults (18+), and any resemblance to a real person is coincidental.

Users cannot upload photos or videos to Kissmark; visual content is only generated by the service, and our Content Policy prohibits content that depicts or imitates a real person.

The record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 apply to visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct by actual human beings. Because no actual human beings appear in any visual depiction on Kissmark, those requirements do not apply, and no records are required to be kept for the content on this site.
