Content Policy

Last updated: 22 September 2026

This policy sets out what is never allowed on Kissmark, how we enforce it, and how anyone can report content or complain. It applies to everything on the service: your messages, the AI’s replies, photo requests and photos, voice messages, and characters (names, descriptions, appearance and greetings), whether private or public. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Zero tolerance

Kissmark is for adults, about fictional adults. The following content is never allowed, in any form, and breaking these rules leads to removal of the content and, for the most serious cases, an immediate permanent ban:

  • Minors, or anything suggesting minors. No sexual or suggestive content involving anyone under 18. This includes characters described as, looking like or role-played as under 18; childlike bodies, faces, voices or behaviour; “teen”, “barely legal” or school-age themes; and age-play. Every character must be, and must clearly appear to be, an adult.
  • Real or identifiable people. No content depicting, imitating or sexualising a real person — including celebrities, public figures, creators and private individuals — and no “deepfakes”. All characters must be fictional.
  • Non-consent. No sexual content without clear consent, including rape, sexual assault, coercion, or anyone who is drugged, asleep, unconscious or otherwise unable to consent.
  • Incest and family roles. No sexual content involving family members, step-family, adoptive family, or sexualised parent/family-role language.
  • Animals and non-human beings. No sexual content involving animals, fantasy creatures or other non-human beings.
  • Violence and gore in sexual content. No sexual content combined with serious violence, torture, mutilation, gore or death.
  • Alcohol and recreational drugs. No content that depicts, offers, encourages or role-plays alcohol, cannabis, recreational drugs or intoxication.
  • Menstruation-related sexual activity. No sexual activity involving menstruation, period blood, tampons or sanitary pads.
  • Hypnosis and mind control. No hypnosis, mind control, brainwashing, erased free will, trigger-word obedience or compelled submission.
  • Excretory and extreme fetishes. No sexual content involving feces, urine, vomit or related material.
  • Weapons, death and hate. No weapons in sexual content; no death, corpses, necrophilia, hate crimes, supremacist content or violence against protected groups.
  • Trafficking and exploitation. No content that promotes or facilitates human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or the sale of sex.
  • Any other content that is illegal where you or we are located.

2. How we enforce it

  • Automated filters check the messages you send, the AI’s replies, every photo request, and every character before it is created or published. Content that breaks this policy is blocked.
  • Human review. Our trust and safety team reviews blocked content, flagged accounts and every report we receive.
  • Account action. Depending on how serious the breach is, we remove the content, restrict features, or suspend or permanently ban the account. Content involving minors always leads to a permanent ban.
  • Reporting to authorities. We report suspected child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) and law enforcement, and we keep the related records as the law requires.

3. Reporting content, complaints and takedown requests

Anyone can report content or make a complaint. In the product, use the Report button on a character, chat message or photo. You can also use the public form on our Contact page — no account needed — for complaints, appeals and content removal requests (for example, if content appears to depict you or another real person), or email [email protected]. Please describe the content and where you saw it (for example, the character’s name or page link).

  • The form gives you a reference number (for example KM-123456).
  • Our team reviews it and responds within 7 business days. Anything involving minors or real people is handled first.
  • Content that breaks this policy is removed, and we take action against the account responsible.

4. Appeals

If we removed your content or restricted your account and you think we got it wrong, you can appeal using the same form on our Contact page. A different member of our team reviews the decision and responds within 7 business days. If a dispute about consent or a depicted person remains unresolved, we refer it to an independent neutral reviewer at our expense and record the escalation against your case reference.
