How we handle them
- Every submission gets a reference number, shown as soon as you send it.
- We review it and respond within 7 business days.
- Reports that suggest someone under 18 is involved are handled first.
- An appeal against a moderation decision is reviewed by a different member of our team. See section 7 of our Terms of Service.
- Unresolved consent or depicted-person disputes can be escalated to an independent neutral reviewer at our expense.
