Do I get tokens every month on a yearly plan?

Yes. A yearly plan is paid once a year, but your tokens are added every month, not all at once.

• Premium yearly — 1,000 tokens straight away plus 1,000 bonus tokens in your first month, then 1,000 tokens every month.
• Deluxe yearly — 5,000 tokens straight away plus 5,000 bonus tokens in your first month, then 5,000 tokens every month.

Each refill arrives on the same day of the month as the day your plan started. Unused tokens never expire, so they build up if you don't spend them.

If you cancel a yearly plan, you keep Premium or Deluxe until the end of the year you've paid for, and your monthly tokens keep arriving until then. After that your account moves to Free and keeps the tokens you have left.
