Download my data
You can download a copy of your data at any time:
- Go to Settings.
- Under Your data, click Download my data (JSON).
Your browser saves a JSON file — a plain-text format you can open in any text editor.
What's in the file
- Your profile — display name, persona, language and preferences.
- A list of your conversations.
- Every message in them, yours and your companions'.
- The memories your companions keep about you.
The photos generated for you aren't inside the file. You can see and save them in your Collection.
For a copy of anything else we hold about you, such as purchase records, email [email protected] with the subject "Data request". We reply within one month.
