How do I delete my account?
- Go to Settings.
- Under Delete account, click Delete my account & data.
- Click Yes, delete everything to confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away. This can't be undone.
What is deleted
- Your account, profile and persona.
- All your conversations and messages.
- Everything your companions remember about you.
- Your token balance and history, and your auto-recharge settings.
- The photos generated for you, and the characters you created.
Deleting your account also cancels your subscription at the payment processor, so you're never charged again. Unused tokens and paid time are lost and aren't refunded.
What isn't
- Records of your payments, which the law requires us to keep (in the UK, for 6 years). They're kept separately and used only for accounting, refunds and disputes.
- Safety records, as described in our Privacy Policy.
