Chat not responding — try these steps

1. Click Regenerate. If a reply stopped halfway or never arrived, Regenerate (above the chat) asks for it again.
2. Reload the page. Your conversation is saved, so nothing is lost.
3. Check your connection. "Connection dropped" means the reply was cut off — reconnect, then regenerate. VPNs and some ad blockers can interrupt replies, so try turning them off for kissmark.app.
4. Look for a notice. On the Free plan you may have used today's messages — they reset daily, or you can upgrade for unlimited chat. Free messages are also limited in length, so try a shorter one. If you see "That request can't be roleplayed here", your message broke our content rules — rephrase it.
5. Restart the conversation if your companion keeps looping or has lost the plot. Restart clears the chat history and starts again from their first message. Your saved memories stay.
6. Try another browser, or update the one you use.
