Why was my message or image blocked?
Kissmark checks your messages, your companions' replies, photo requests and new characters against our content rules. When something is blocked, you see one of these:
- "That request can't be roleplayed here." Your message was blocked and wasn't sent to your companion.
- "That reply went against our content rules, so it was removed." Your companion's reply crossed a line, so we removed it. Steer the story another way and carry on.
- "That photo request isn't allowed." No photo was created and no tokens were used.
Common reasons
- Anything that suggests someone under 18 — an age under 18, "teen", school settings or childlike descriptions, even in role-play.
- Family relationships, including step-family, in a sexual context.
- Sleep, drugs, heavy drinking or force in a sexual context.
- Alcohol, cannabis, recreational drugs or intoxication in any role-play or generation request.
- Real or famous people.
- Graphic violence, or weapons and injuries in a sexual scene.
- Sexual activity involving menstruation or period blood.
- Hypnosis, mind control, brainwashing or compelled obedience.
- Animals, fantasy creatures, excretory fetishes, hate content or prostitution solicitation.
Automatic filters can't always read context, so now and then they catch something harmless — rephrase and try again. When something is blocked, we keep a copy of it for our safety review.
Repeated attempts to get around the filters can lead to suspension. If you think a decision was wrong, see Complaints and appeals.
