How do I cancel my subscription?
- Go to Settings → Subscription.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Confirm. We may show you one screen with a thank-you bonus if you'd like to stay — you can always continue and cancel.
You'll see a confirmation on screen, and we also send one by email if we have your email address.
You can also cancel by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Cancel subscription". Please include your username, shown in Settings.
What happens next
- No further charges are made.
- You keep your plan, and its monthly tokens, until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- After that your account returns to Free. Your tokens, companions, chats and photos stay.
Cancelling stops renewals but doesn't refund the current period by itself — see How do I request a refund? Closing the site or clearing your browser data doesn't cancel a subscription.
