Why did my generation fail or get blocked?

When a photo can't be created, you see a short message in the chat. You're never charged for a photo you don't get — any tokens taken go back to your balance automatically.

"That photo request isn't allowed"

Every photo request is checked against our content rules before anything is generated. Requests that suggest a minor (including "teen" or school settings), a real or famous person, non-consent, incest, bestiality or violence are blocked. Rephrase the request without those elements. Repeatedly trying to get around the filters can get your account suspended.

"Couldn't create an image"

Something went wrong on our side. Wait a moment and try again. If it keeps happening, email [email protected] with the companion's name and the time.

Other reasons

• Out of tokens — you'll be shown token packs and plans.
• Free plan — photos are part of Premium and Deluxe, so you'll see the plans instead.
• Photos switched off — switch Photos on just above the message box.
• Not as explicit as you wanted? Plain requests stay clothed, and photos follow your relationship stage. Ask explicitly and choose NSFW when asked.
