Who can see my character?

Characters you create are private: they're yours to chat with straight away, and nobody else can find them. Discover only shows characters our team has reviewed.

• Our rules. Every character is checked automatically when it's created. A character that breaks our content rules — for example by suggesting a minor, a real person or non-consent — isn't created, or is removed later if it's reported.
• Featured characters. From time to time we review user-made characters and feature some of them on Discover.

You can always reach your own characters from your list of chats.

If you think your character was hidden by mistake, tell us through Complaints and appeals and include the character's name.
