Complaints and appeals
If you're unhappy with our service, or you disagree with a moderation decision — a blocked character, removed content or a suspended account — you can complain or appeal.
How
- Use the form on our Contact page and choose Complaint or Appeal. You'll get a reference number as soon as you send it.
- Or email [email protected] with the subject "Complaint" or "Appeal". You can also reply to our decision.
Tell us your username (shown in Settings), what happened and when, and why you think the decision should change.
We respond within 7 business days. Appeals are reviewed by a different member of our team from the person who made the original decision. If we find the decision was wrong, we reverse it and let you know.
If a dispute about consent or a depicted person remains unresolved, we refer it to an independent neutral reviewer at our expense and notify you using your case reference.
Complaints about how we handle your personal data can also go to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or, in the EU, your local data protection authority. For billing problems, see How do I request a refund?
