Memory & pinned memories

Each companion has their own memory of you. As you chat, they keep a running summary of your story, note important facts — your name, what you like, things that happened between you — and recall earlier moments when they matter.

Managing memories

Open Memory at the top of the chat (the brain icon) to see what your companion remembers. From there you can:

• Add a note, such as "My birthday is March 3rd".
• Edit a memory that's wrong.
• Pin a memory so it's always kept in mind.
• Delete anything you don't want remembered.

Pinning is the most reliable way to make sure something is never forgotten.

Persona

On larger screens, the chat's side panel also has Persona, where you tell companions about yourself — your name, your vibe, what you like. It's woven into every chat.

Deluxe gives companions 3x the chat memory of the Free plan, so they keep more of your conversation in mind. Restarting a chat clears the messages but not your saved memories.
